Domaine des Croix Beaune Rouge 2023 ReasonableCellar2025 She farms organically without botheringThis is your entry point into David Croix's world a village Beaune rouge made with the same care he lavishes on his premier crus, and one of the smartest ways to get to know one of the Cte de Beaune's best young growers. Croix started the domaine in 2005 after years running the cellar at Camille Giroud, and farms organically (since 2008) with very low yields and a light touch in the cellar: ambient yeasts, used barrels, no fining or filtration. 2023
