A rest in French and American oak wine casks that held Grenache ros, Syrah, and Tannat gives this gin a lovely coppery pink hue and deep, rich flavors of saffron, caraway, coriander jam, peppercorns, juniper, rye and fruit jelly accompanying pepper heat.
