Domaine de Panisse 'Le Mazet' Cotes-du-Rhone, 2020 AMT01 This brewery is considered oneCrafted from very old vines (60% Grenache, 40% Syrah) and grown on n a mix of sand and silt clay limestone and quartz soils, this equally gulpable and special wine from the village of Serignan du Comtat shows concentrated dark black and red fruits, integrated tannin, and a lovely pop of balanced acidity so rare in wines of this primary delight. Pair with something braised, or a duck confit sandwich, or, perhaps, a good book and a quiet evening. Enjoy!
