70's Kelly Green Knit Formal Gown by Roger Milot For Fred Perlberg guess jeans jacket some of the sequin isKelly green knit formal gown from the 1970's. High scrunched neck with a yoked bodice, gathered to the draped waist. Sleeves are long and narrow with tiny open pleats. Skirt is long and a bit full. A fabric rose is pinned on to the waist with a long narrow swag that reaches to the hem. Bodice is completely lined while the skirt is not.
